The Twilight saga has become the first franchise to reach the number of one million followers on Twitter, Summit Entertainment announced.
The Twitter account was launched in 2009 and @Twilight became one of the microblogging site's top trending topics.
To celebrate and thank the fans, Summit Entertainment has put together a video showing the vampire-loving crowd attending the various premieres of the saga.
While the Twilight mania shows no signs of slowing down, the last episode of the saga, Breaking Dawn: Part 2, will debut November 16 in the US.
